The role is suited to recruiters who are confident in both business development and delivery, and who want to progress within a consultative, commercially driven environment with strong earning potential and clear career development.   ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position focused exclusively on the UK market. You will be responsible for building and growing your own desk, developing long-term partnerships with engineering and energy clients, and delivering high-quality candidates into specialist technical roles.
