Position Overview We are seeking a 3PL & External WHs Inventory Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy across all third party warehouse locations. This role serves as the primary liaison between suppliers, third party warehouses, Procurement, Logistics, Sourcing, and internal departments to ensure that physical inventory matches system inventory. The position focuses on real time inventory visibility, timely transaction processing, discrepancy resolution, and continuous monitoring of inbound and outbound material flows. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate inventory records across all third party warehouse locations • Ensure system inventory accurately reflects physical inventory by monitoring and reconciling inventory transactions • Process and validate inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, consumption, adjustments, and returns • Ensure material consumption is recorded in real time to maintain accurate inventory visibility • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and transaction delays • Work closely with Procurement and Strategic Sourcing to align material availability with procurement plans and purchase orders • Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to align inventory reports • Coordinate cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities across warehouse locations • Generate inventory reports and propose corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency Qualifications Education: • High School Diploma or GED required • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education Experience: • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related roles • Experience working with third party logistics warehouse locations • Experience managing inventory reconciliation and transactional accuracy within ERP systems, Excel spreadsheets and other database platforms Preferred Qualifications • Experience in fast paced manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, or high value inventory environments • Knowledge of inventory auditing, cycle counting, and warehouse best practices • Strong understanding of inventory environmental storage conditions and other relevant storage requirements for materials at third party locations • Experience supporting multiple warehouse locations across regions Soft Skills • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking • Excellent follow up and problem solving abilities • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Effective communication and stakeholder management • Ability to work independently and proactively escalate issues • High sense of ownership and urgency Technology Stack • ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Advanced Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and reporting • Inventory reporting and data analysis tools Physical Requirements • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with extended computer usage • Full availability to travel within Europe to third party warehouse locations • Ability to participate in physical inventory audits when necessary           This job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
