Read this opportunity to learn how YOU can make a difference at ConnectWise!     Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager We’re looking for an experienced ABM Manager to design and execute targeted marketing strategies for our highest-priority accounts. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and Digital teams to drive pipeline growth through personalized, multi-channel campaigns. What You’ll Do: * Design and execute ABM plays across acquisition, competitive displacement, and named accounts * Build and manage tiered target account lists using data sources like Demandbase, ZoomInfo, and intent signals * Translate strategy into clear, actionable weekly plans (accounts, plays, owners) * Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns including paid media, outbound sequences, direct mail, events, and executive roundtables * Partner cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Demand Gen, and Digital teams to drive coordinated account engagement * Map buying committees within target accounts to refine messaging and outreach * Own reporting on pipeline sourced/influenced, account engagement, and campaign performance What We’re Looking For: * Required: Experience in B2B marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) * Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with Sales * Data-driven mindset with experience using intent data and marketing platforms * Ability to manage multiple campaigns and translate strategy into execution Working Conditions: * Onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on location * 0–10% travel required ConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
