What You’ll Do * Drive New Business: Identify, pursue, and win new opportunities across key markets. * Grow Key Accounts: Strengthen current partnerships, build loyalty, and uncover expansion opportunities. * Compete to Win: Embrace the challenge of high standards and bring a closer’s mindset to every interaction. * Own the Sales Cycle: Lead every phase, from prospecting to presentations, proposals, and close. * Collaborate for Delivery: Partner with project managers, designers, and operations to ensure every promise a reality. * Represent AOI: Expand AOI's reach through client meetings, networking and industry events, and community engagement.  What We’re Looking For * 3–5 years of proven success in commercial furniture sales or a related B2B industry preferred. * A natural connector who quickly earns trust with decision-makers. * Competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented, you thrive by performance and results. * Skilled in presentations, proposals, and closing deals. * Organized and agile, you manage multiple accounts with ease and precision. * Tech savvy, using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry-relevant software.
