You will manage day-to-day account activity, oversee budgets and timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, and account growth.   Key Responsibilities * Lead client relationships and act as the primary day-to-day contact * Manage medical communications projects from briefing through delivery * Collaborate with Scientific, Editorial, Creative, and Project Management teams * Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance across accounts * Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed scope * Identify opportunities for organic account growth and support new business efforts * Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and operational efficiency   About You * 2–5+ years of healthcare or medical communications agency experience * Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs * Bachelor’s degree required * Confident managing budgets and project finances * Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive with strong communication skills * Strategic thinker with energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail   Benefits At Ashfield, compensation is more than just a base salary. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
