WHAT WE OFFER: * Excellent benefits package including PTO, 403B(employer match ups to 3% with employee contribution), medical, dental and vision insurance. * Long- and Short-Term Disability * Life Insurance and Accidental D&D * Educational Loan Repayment Assistance (based on program and eligibility) * Cell Phone Stipend * License and DEA fees paid * CME Allowance and Hours * FTCA Malpractice Insurance  The Advanced Practice Provider Residency offers new Nurse Practitioner and Physician Associate graduates the opportunity to gain critical job experience in an out-patient primary health care clinic and rich work environment while deepening learning through collaboration with our highly qualified healthcare provider team. * Structured learning environment with dedicated mentorship * Opportunity to gain experience in a diverse patient population * Focus on building clinical competency in a supportive setting * Exposure to community health initiatives and social determinants of health Required Qualifications: * Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program  * Current Oregon state licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner  * Strong clinical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members  * DEA license. WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to perform the following physical requirements with or without an accommodation: * In-person work during normal clinic hours. * Remain in a stationary position frequently during the day while performing clinical and administrative duties. * Move or traverse frequently during the day throughout clinic to perform clinical and administrative duties. * Operate equipment frequently during the day using a computer, clinical and lab equipment. * Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and accurately so others will understand; ability to interact with patients and staff clearly. * Able to move or transport up to 25 pounds while using equipment and providing patient care. * Work indoors in heat-controlled environment 100% of the day. * OSHA Exposure Category – Category #1: Possible job-related exposure to blood and/or body fluids. Requires the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
