We’re hiring Aerial Data Collection Technicians, no prior experience required. You will operate data collection equipment for aircraft mapping and surveying projects. Great for candidates who are: * Detail-oriented * Technically curious * Comfortable with travel and structured work Key Responsibilities * Operate onboard data collection equipment to capture mapping, imaging, or survey data (training provided) * Follow detailed, step-by-step procedures to ensure data is collected accurately and consistently * Monitor equipment and software systems in real time, identifying and communicating any issues or irregularities * Perform pre-flight setup and system checks to confirm all equipment is functioning properly before takeoff * Conduct post-flight tasks including powering down systems, securing equipment, and preparing data for transfer * Review and organize collected data files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper labeling for internal teams and clients * Maintain clear and accurate records of flight activities, data collection logs, and any issues encountered * Assist with basic troubleshooting, calibration, and routine maintenance of onboard equipment * Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines while working in and around aircraft * Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes, equipment, and workflow efficiency   Not a pilot role.
