Department: Compliance Reports To: Head of Compliance Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fulfil the role of AML Governance Manager. You will have experience in the gaming industry across multiple jurisdictions. The role will oversee and strengthen the anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) compliance framework and ensure the organisation meets all regulatory and legal obligations. Good communication skills are essential to ensure seamless transfer of information and involvement of all relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: ● Act as the designated AML key person, ensuring compliance with AML/CTF laws, regulations, and internal policies. ● Develop, implement, and maintain effective AML/CTF policies, procedures, and controls across multiple jurisdictions. ● Act as the designated key function holder for AML/CFT with regulatory bodies where licences are held. ● Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities to money laundering and terrorist financing. ● Oversee customer and supplier due diligence procedures. ● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML/CTF legislation, regulatory developments, and best practices. ● Provide guidance and training to staff on AML/CTF policies and regulatory requirements. ● Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external consultants as required. ● Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner. ● Support internal audits and reviews of compliance and risk management systems. Qualifications and Experience: ● Experience in AML compliance, risk management, or a regulatory role. ● Experience in the gaming industry with knowledge / understanding of the B2B framework preferred. ● Strong knowledge of local and international AML/CTF regulations and reporting requirements. ● Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
