What We’re Looking For Education Recent graduate with Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields (e.g., MBA, or equivalent). Business Exposure Work experience in areas such as business operations, consulting, strategy, product, marketing, finance, or org. capability. Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to structure ideas clearly and influence stakeholders. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop practical, business-oriented solutions. Digital & Business Tools Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with data analysis tools, dashboards, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
