Role: Automation Producer  Communication: Fluent in English  Location: Remote working until further notice    A Little Bit About the Role:  Step into the vibrant world of our eCommerce Content Factory, where you will be instrumental in crafting and localising high-volume beauty content for the skin and hair categories across multiple European markets. This role empowers you to blend creativity with compliance, ensuring that our innovative beauty solutions resonate globally while meeting local legal and scientific standards. Join us in shaping the digital beauty landscape, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance consumer engagement and drive brand growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  As an Automation Producer, you'll leverage automation experience and manage both static and motion projects for high-profile beauty brands. You'll play a key role in the roll-out of multi-channel campaigns, interpreting technical briefs, and serving as a client-facing project lead. Your work will span campaign execution, automation solutions, and global adaptations, driving cutting-edge, high-efficiency content production.    What you will be doing :  * Producer with automation expertise, leading end-to-end delivery of static product and product imagery for ecommerce platforms — creating master templates and prepping assets for localisation, with strong knowledge of image and video formats and large-scale localisation workflows.  * Manage and coordinate campaign rollouts, ensuring adherence to technical briefs, brand standards, and local compliance needs.  * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including creative, tech, and production) to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.  * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing timely updates.  * Use project management and creative workflow tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and team communication.  * Perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high standards in all deliverables.  * Analyse project performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives.     What you need to be great in this role:  * 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager within an ad agency, specifically focusing on the beauty & eCommerce sectors.  * Strong communication skills and global market exposure.  * Demonstrated experience working on at least one automation-driven project.  * Proven client-facing skills, with the ability to interpret and respond to technical briefs.  * Experience producing both static (digital/print) and motion (video/animation) content at scale.  * Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies in content production.  * Experience in the beauty industry is highly preferred.  * Good understanding of integrated marketing, automation workflows, and campaign execution.  * Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.    Req ID - 18167 #BTG+ #LI-PG1 Our values shape everything we do:  Be Ambitious to succeed    Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible    Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work    Be always learning and listening to understand    Be Results-focused  to exceed expectations    Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations      Brandtech+, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
