We offer paid training, a competitive industry-leading benefits package, competitive hourly rates, and a busy shop to maximize your productivity and maximize your earnings!  Responsibilities The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. * Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs. * Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. * Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. * Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Qualifications * Required: A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as an Automotive Service Technician in a dealership setting.  * Prior Audi/VW experience is highly preferred. * ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. * A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
