We’re looking for teammates who bring: * High energy, strong commercial instincts, and flawless execution. * Ownership and accountability to drive deals end-to-end. * The ability to build trusted relationships with vendors, partners, and enterprise clients. * Resilience in high-pressure situations and an always-on mindset. * A balance of sharp analytical skills and natural people intuition. * Hunger to win and the grit to scale a B2B SaaS business globally.   WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON * End-to-end sales execution: identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with vendors and B2B partners. * Account management: own relationships post-sale, ensuring adoption, expansion, and long-term success. * Vendor relations: manage heavy day-to-day communication with vendors, resolving issues, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth operations. * Growth partnerships: work with product and leadership to identify opportunities, design tailored solutions, and drive revenue impact. * Customer success: act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring feedback flows into product and engineering. * Processes at scale: build a repeatable playbook for B2B sales and account management as Higgsfield grows.   YOUR MUST HAVES *(You don’t need to meet every single requirement to be a strong candidate — if you’re excellent in a few of these areas and eager to grow, we’d still love to hear from you.) * Revenue track record: demonstrable history of consistently achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets and scaling sales from early-stage to maturity. * Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or account management with measurable results. * Experience managing vendor-heavy relationships at scale. * Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. * Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities. * Deep expertise in designing and optimizing B2B sales processes. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales data and metrics for decision-making. * Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken. * Ability to work in a high-growth startup environment.   NICE TO HAVES * Big3/Big4 consulting experience or equivalent top-tier professional background is a strong plus. * Experience selling AI, GenAI, or ML products. * Experience in early-stage, fast-scaling startups. * Existing network of enterprise clients or vendors in SaaS/AI ecosystems. * Exposure to upselling, cross-selling, and customer success strategies.   THE DEAL * Remote (with global client/vendor interaction). * Full-time position. * Competitive salary (USD) * Opportunity to become the cornerstone of Higgsfield’s sales and account management engine.
