BC Athletics is seeking enthusiastic Learning Facilitators to lead NCCP coaching courses in 2025. We are seeking active coaches who are passionate about facilitating and teaching NCCP Coach Education courses in a fun and engaging way. Learning Facilitators play a vital role in developing and supporting coaches by delivering high-quality instruction in their area of expertise, including: * Run, Jump, Throw, Wheel * Sport Coach * Club Coach * Performance Coach   Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and effective coach education sessions using the NCCP model * Demonstrate basic techniques and activities to support adult learning. * Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.   Qualifications: * Min. of 5+ years coaching experience in Athletics * Must have an active coaching practice * Committed to continuous professional development * Previous experience or education in adult learning/education * Current BC Athletics Coach member in good standing * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to demonstrate physical activities at a basic level * NCCP Certified Learning Facilitator or willingness to complete training and certification requirements * NCCP Certified in their area of expertise (ie.
