BAYADA RBT Academy provides: * A training program to prepare you to become a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) * Receive high-quality training grounded in evidence-based practices in adult learning and applied behavior analysis including: * BAYADA University web-based courses * Hands-on training and structured observation * BAYADA study guides to prepare you for the RBT exam   BAYADA Offers Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs): * Part-time hours * Shifts available M-F between 8a-6:30p * Scholarships  * Weekly pay * BCBA Oversight * Professional Development * Career Advancement opportunities * Employee Appreciation * Competitive pay based of experience and education Qualifications: * 1yr of experience working with children with developmental/ intellectual disabilities  * High School Diploma/GED * Be at least 18yrs old * CPR/FA Certification * Reliable transportation * 1yr of Commitment to work with BAYADA as an RBT once Certified Responsibilities for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): * Work directly with clients and follow the established treatment plan/behavior support plan for implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures. * Establish and maintain effective, supportive, and therapeutic relationships with clients & families.
