You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism * Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans * Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients * Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients * Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations * Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health SCHEDULE: * Full-Time * Setting: In-home, clinic, school   QUALIFICATIONS: * Passionate, dependable, and committed to positive client outcomes * Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism * Bilingual a plus! * Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions * Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans * Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams * Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation * A valid BCBA credential from the BACB in good standing is required Join a team that values your dedication and offers opportunities for career development.
