* Work with business partners and stakeholders to identify learning objectives based on target audience and create appropriate courseware. * Advise on optimal operational processes while identifying region-specific nuances * Extensive experience using LoanIQ in commercial lending * Previous experience in implementation/migration projects * Strong knowledge of commercial lending, syndicate lending, and wholesale banking * Strong stakeholder management skills * Ability to provide updates to senior management on progress of migration
