WHAT YOU'LL DO: Support UX and webshop initiatives by enhancing the online shopping experience through homepage optimization, product page updates, and user journey improvements. Assist in expanding Emma’s e-commerce presence in the Philippine market by developing and executing creative strategies to drive growth. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships that align with Emma’s goals. Support in evaluating and executing business projects that directly contribute to the top-line or bottom-line growth of the company. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Undergraduate college students taking up Business Administration or related courses with 12 academic units or less in the current or upcoming semester. Can start on August 3, 2026 and can commit for atleast 6 months. Has a strong analytical mindset; comfortable gathering, interpreting, and drawing insights from data to support business decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides) for research outputs, reporting, and presentations. Has a basic understanding of or genuine interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or UX — prior exposure through coursework or personal projects is a plus. Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, able to synthesize research findings and present them in a structured, digestible way. Has a commercial mindset, understands the basic relationship between strategy, execution, and business outcomes (top-line vs. bottom-line).
