This role reports to the Director of Operations and works collaboratively with Lawyers and various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and support efficient workflow.   If you have leadership experience in the legal industry or other professional services, or are an experienced Paralegal looking for the next step in your career, this could be the position for you!   Key Responsibilities * Leading a team of Legal Assistants and Paralegals, including scheduling, providing feedback, and performance management. * Organizing and delivering coaching, training, and mentoring. * Collaborating with Lawyers, senior management, and other stakeholders to ensure proper resource allocation and workflow coordination. * Contributing to the delivery of Firm projects and strategic initiatives. * Overseeing the budgets for each practice area and fulfilling regular reporting requirements. * Building and maintaining successful relationships with team members and stakeholders. * Providing operational insight on hiring, onboarding, and team development. * Leading and contributing to the cultivation of a positive and collaborative work environment. * Recommending and implementing process improvements to improve operational efficiency. What You Bring * Experience: 3+ years of leadership experience.
