The Role Capco’s Associate Consulting Programme (ACP) is designed for early-career professionals looking to begin a consulting career within Financial Services. As an Associate Consultant, you will join a cohort of new consultants and complete a structured training programme before working on real client projects. You will be aligned to a core domain: Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management, gaining exposure to transformation initiatives and AI-enabled ways of working. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will help clients modernise platforms, improve operations, and respond to an evolving industry landscape.
