About the Role This full-time position is based in our Barton office and works closely with the CEO and General Manager. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead AeroPM’s opportunity capture and bid activities while overseeing key operational and compliance functions. You will manage the end-to-end capture process, coordinate competitive tender submissions, maintain resource readiness, and support business development initiatives across Defence and government sectors. The successful candidate will have experience in Defence, APS, or Defence industry contracting, with strong skills in bid management, stakeholder engagement, business operations, and compliance. Strong Defence acumen is essential. Key Responsibilities * Managing capture opportunities and tender submissions. * Maintaining candidate and resource readiness databases. * Supporting operational business functions and activities. * Driving business development and client engagement activities. * Supporting employee engagement, retention, and company culture initiatives. About You You are a high-performing professional who is organised, reliable, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders. You bring a strong understanding of Defence environments and are comfortable balancing relationship management with detailed contract responsibilities.
