About the Role We are hiring a TL/AM for Central Ops - Forward Logistics & Inventory Management Team based out of Noida. You will be the central POC for all forward movement and inventory health across hubs. The role is critical to ensure O2S efficiency, inventory accuracy, and smooth dispatch operations pan-India. Key Responsibilities 1. Central Operations - Forward Logistics - Own end-to-end O2S `Origin to Sorting` operations from all FCs to sorting hubs - Monitor daily linehaul, induction, and dispatch SLA. Drive 99%+ on-time movement - Coordinate with FC Ops, Linehaul team, and Hub Ops for any bottlenecks - Handle escalations and ensure zero misroutes / delays in forward journey 2. Inventory Management - Drive inventory accuracy and reconciliation across FCs and Transit hubs - Track Aging, Dead Stock, and Excess Inventory. Work with Category/FC teams for clearance - Own MIS for Inventory In-transit, GRN, and Putaway TAT - Audit and implement SOPs to reduce inventory loss, damage, and shrinkage 3. Team Leadership - Lead a team of 8-15 Ops Executives and Inventory Analysts - Daily huddles, performance tracking, and training for the Central Ops team - Create rosters for 24x7 coverage during peak and sale events 4. Data, Reporting & Process - Own central dashboards for O2S TAT, Linehaul Utilization, Inventory Health, DI% - Deep dive into root cause for delays and propose corrective actions - Work with Product/Tech team to improve WMS/TMS visibility and automation 5. Stakeholder Management - Single point of contact for FC Heads, Hub Ops, and Transport Vendors - Coordinate with Planning, Supply, and Customer Experience teams Required Skills & Qualifications - Education: B.Com / BBA / B.Tech. MBA preferred - Experience: 4-8 years in E-commerce logistics. Min 2 years in Team Lead/AM role - Domain: Strong knowledge of Forward Logistics, O2S, Inventory Management, WMS - Skills: Advanced Excel, MIS, Data analysis, Stakeholder management - Must Have: Experience in high-volume E-commerce ops. Preference: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Delhivery, Xpressbees
