Coho Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our team in support of a newly awarded contract. This remote role requires travel and supports project schedule review and analysis activities to ensure timelines are reasonable and contract-compliant. This is a part-time on-call position. It's an estimated 200 hours of work within six months. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): * Review contractor CPM schedules. * Assist with schedule updates and progress tracking. * Review Time Impact Analyses (TIAs). * Support schedule risk and delay assessments. * Provide scheduling input to project reports. Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements: * Required Experience: * The Certified Scheduler shall have a minimum of at least five (5) years in experience in performing schedule development and analysis using P6, preferably for large federal programs, and have certification as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE), or equivalent.
