POSITION SUMMARY Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in King Of Prussia, PA. W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) * Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 non-clinical hours * Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends * Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in-person) with a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week onsite. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+ annually  This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to  increase your earnings based on your availability and interest.
