You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their claims journey with empathy and precision. Key Responsibilities * Support customers through the claims process with professionalism and care * Liaise with financial service providers and regulatory bodies like the Financial Ombudsman Service * Review and assess key documents like Final Response Letters and FOS outcomes * Maintain accurate records in our CRM system * Communicate clearly via phone, email, and post * Manage time-sensitive tasks such as redress offers and final decisions What We’re Looking For * 1 year+ experience in claims or customer service * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Empathy, patience, and attention to detail * Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines What You’ll Get * £24,023 annual salary * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Holiday buy scheme * Hybrid working  * Paid parking * Modern office with excellent facilities * Great transport links Ready to Apply?
