Your work helps people confidently navigate their financial lives while supporting strong, lasting relationships with our bank. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive experience and make a meaningful impact.   IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL * Engage clients with exceptional service while supporting a wide range of sales and service activities. * Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. * Balance your cash drawer with precise currency and coin handling. * Consult with clients to understand their needs and introduce products, services, and digital banking tools that support their goals. * Identify opportunities to expand relationships and make referrals to partners across Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Investment Services. * Proactively communicate with clients to educate, resolve concerns, strengthen loyalty, and gather feedback. * Hold appointments to identify client needs, provide solutions, and support their financial success. * Open new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and resolve account issues while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. * Support branch lending processes by answering questions, completing applications, and preparing accurate documentation. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * You have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required). * You bring entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales roles with established goals (Required). * An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. WHAT HELPS YOU SHINE * You enjoy helping clients and excel at building relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills. * You’re confident discussing banking products and services and can recognize opportunities to recommend solutions. * You’re skilled at multitasking and can adapt quickly to evolving client and branch needs. * You have a basic understanding of retail banking products, policies, and systems. * You can review financial information, including credit data, to identify client needs and suggest options. * You are comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other business tools. * You demonstrate professionalism in person, over the phone, and via email. * You can lift up to 25 pounds as part of the role.
