WHAT YOU’LL DO * Onboard and manage clients to ensure successful Google Ads campaign setups. * Develop smart, tailored PPC strategies to help clients achieve their business goals. * Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI. * Act as a trusted Google Ads consultant, advising on best practices, targeting, budget, and campaign design. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular, actionable reports. * Identify new growth opportunities within client accounts and recommend additional products and services. * Collaborate closely with sales, support, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience. * Stay ahead of market trends, Google Ads updates, and digital innovations. WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE * Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and working with digital performance agencies. * Solid understanding of Google Analytics (GTM experience is a plus). * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently. * Fluency in English and Slovak is preferred. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is 23,040 EUR. In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly.
