The ADR role is the front line of that growth. The accounts you open today are the expansion stories of tomorrow. As a Commercial Outbound ADR, you’ll identify and qualify new business opportunities across the EMEA commercial segment, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams. Your first 90 days * Month 1: Meet your team, complete bootcamp, and fall in love with what Kong actually does. * Month 2: Pick up the phone with confidence, master our tech stach (Nooks, Claude, Gemini, Sumble, Lusha etc) and work your first live opportunity, and hit your ramp quota. * Month 3: Own your funnel, share what’s working, and what needs optimisation. What you’ll do: * Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, from idea to qualified meeting * Engage decision-makers across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video * Partner closely with AEs and Marketing, you’re a connector, not just a top-of-funnel rep * Keep Salesforce clean and your pipeline tighter, process matters here * Utilise AI to boost productivity, work at pace and personalise your messaging * Invest in your own development, your manager will meet you where you are and help you get to what’s next What you’ll bring: * Some experience in a customer-facing or sales role — internships, retail, or hospitality count if you can show you know how to build rapport and drive outcomes * A hunter mentality, you’re not waiting to be handed leads, you go and find them * High coachability, you take feedback well, apply it fast, and ask for more * Strong communicator, clear and confident in writing and on a call * Genuine curiosity about technology - you don’t need to be an engineer, but you want to understand what Kong does and why it matters * Languages: Fluency in Swedish is essential.
