This includes the oversight of complaints management and oversight of all communication with the German Banking Regulator BaFin regarding Complaints.   * Conduct independent reviews of processes and controls regarding investments (WpHG), anti-money laundering (GWG) and complaints * Collaborate with internal teams in obtaining relevant information regarding processes and controls * Research our internal systems to gather relevant evidence for samples checks * Apply SQL queries in Snowflake to gather data     WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Enrolled or completed a university degree (study focus in the field of economics, business studies, law, computer science, mathematics, physics, humanities or other relevant fields) * Highly motivated to learn about regulatory requirements / Compliance in the financial industry * Initial experience in financial services or advisory would be an advantage * Interest in banking, finance, capital markets, and their regulatory frameworks * Independent working attitude with adherence to deadlines  * Effective communication skills, dedication and strong organisational abilities * Proactive with an open-minded attitude, unafraid of new challenges     WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
