Your Role: * Monitor compliance with MiCA and other applicable regulatory requirements. * Advise management on regulatory obligations and how they apply to our business. * Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring across the organisation. * Oversee the implementation of internal policies and procedures. * Report compliance issues and findings to senior management and the board in a timely manner. What We're Looking For: * Solid experience in regulatory compliance within financial services. * Good working knowledge of MiCA, DORA, and AML/CFT obligations. * Familiarity with consumer protection requirements. * Understanding of governance and outsourcing requirements. * Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with senior management and the board.
