What you’ll do: *  Oversee our external accounting team in month-end and quarter-end close, ensuring accurate and timely US GAAP financial statements, and building scalable multi-dimensional reporting * Lead automation and AI-driven initiatives to streamline accounting workflows, including ERP selection and implementation, and continuous improvement of systems and processes * Oversee accounting operations, including vendor onboarding, accounts payable, expenses, and corporate cards, ensuring efficient, scalable processes and strong internal controls * Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors, overseeing audit readiness and compliance across sales tax and income tax reporting * Partner cross-functionally with Strategic Finance, Legal, IT, and People to support business operations and drive key initiatives, including audits and potential M&A activity   You will be a match if: *  7+ years of accounting experience (public + industry preferred) * Proven track record of owning close processes and driving efficiency to cut down time to close * Drive for challenging the status quo and re-designing accounting operation processes for scale * Detail-oriented yet pragmatic, with strong judgment and a process-driven mindset focused on scalability and continuous improvement * Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments * CPA preferred but not required   You might be a good fit if: *  Experience with multi-entity reporting and consolidations * Experience with NetSuite, Rillet, Campfire, Ramp, or Zip * Experience overseeing external tax partners   Bonus: [1] Some more context: (If you are on LinkedIn, you will not be able to access the hyperlinks below.
