You will have the opportunity to grow your career by collaborating with a team of outstanding talents and state of the art technology to build a lasting, positive future for millions.     WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING   As part of the Clearing & Settlement team, you’ll tackle some of Trade Republic’s toughest infrastructure challenges, designing scalable solutions that enable hyper-growth across our settlement network. Your responsibilities will include:   * Advising on and implementing process improvements in how we manage our counterparty network — custodians, broker-dealers, and CSDs — to support our growth across 18 markets * Developing scalable processes and automation to streamline counterparty onboarding, SSI management, and service review cycles * Collaborating with teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to translate partner requirements into operational workflows and deliver impactful outcomes * Driving strategic decisions by analysing settlement performance data across counterparties, identifying trends, and managing critical escalations * Owning relationships with key external partners as the primary point of contact for both operational and strategic topics * Supporting the expansion of our settlement network into new markets and asset classes, coordinating internally and externally to bring new corridors live * Continuously enhancing your skills in data analysis, stakeholder management, and knowledge of post-trade market infrastructure     WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university in Finance, Management, or a related field * 3 - 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment - e.g. financial services, fintech, consulting, or investment banking * Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with data-driven decision-making * Proven ability to break down complex problems and execute clear action plans * Experience creating guidelines and SOPs for business processes and defining infrastructure for process automation * Understanding of securities settlement and the post-trade landscape is a strong plus * Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and confidence when engaging with institutional counterparties and internal stakeholders at all levels * Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus     WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
