At Apex, you don’t just join a company, you help shape what comes next.   Position: CSW Quality Control Supervisor Location: Central/West Region Your Responsibilities as a CSW Quality Control Supervisor: * Lead by example and demonstrate integrity and responsibility * A true champion for health and safety that will promote and enforce Apex H&S policies * Observe and evaluate the performance of stormwater compliance crews in terms of executing scopes of work and provide feedback for improvement * Ensure crews are properly maintaining company equipment and other assets * Reports to the Commercial Stormwater West Region’s Stormwater Compliance Manager * Help mentor Compliance Crew Foreman and Crew Technicians * Basic computer knowledge * Some overnight travel is required What we're looking for: * GED or High School Diploma  * 5+ years of related experience with successful development and management of field projects and supervising staff. * Willingness to Travel * Able to perform manual labor.  * Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and work under inclement weather conditions. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.  * Valid driver's license, safe driving history and reliable transportation are required. * Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations. * Track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.  * Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
