WHAT YOU WILL DO: * You will continuously work on improving the customers’ experience; involving in cross-teams projects, analyzing risks and following improvements. * You will collaborate directly with our Contact Center, enhancing smooth daily operations and timely escalations. * You will help maintain our Knowledge Base for customer impacting processes.  * You will help analyzing and reporting the team's most important KPIs (NPS, CSAT, FCR, Returns).
