Visit our website to learn more: callapexservices.com What we offer:   * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * Long-term and short-term disability insurance * Life insurance * 5 days paid vacation *  paid holidays * 401k with 3% company match (option for partial match up to 5%) * Career advancement opportunities * Referral program Pay Range: $15/hr to $18/hr, depending on experience Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Duties/Responsibilities: * Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally * Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with the dispatch team * Maintaining accurate customer records and service history * Processing payments and handling billing inquiries * Assisting with follow-up on collections and past-due accounts * Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed * Position requires employee to be on-call on a set rotation schedule Required Skills/Abilities:   * 1+ years of customer service experience * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Database experience is a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Dispatching experience is a plus Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
