Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. * Review and prioritize documents accurately and efficiently. * Prepare and manage entries and entry summaries with precision. * Submit all necessary documentation to Customs promptly and accurately. * Efficiently dispatch freight in accordance with operational requirements. * Maintain and update customer profiles for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Offer support for various operational functions as needed.   Qualifications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and various PC-based software, including Windows and email * Willingness to learn and develop the industry specific skills * Professionalism and formality * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail * High level of Integrity * Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience with a focus on customer service will also be considered * CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) Certification Preferred
