Our growing team, in a beautiful new building, needs a clinical assistant to provide gentle care to our patients. Dental assisting experience is required, along with a positive attitude, patient-first mentality, and ability to work with a team. Our ideal Assistant exhibits and supports the following core values * Patient Obsession * Team Empowerment * Team Development * Relationship Driven * Golden Rule Patient Care * Golden Rule Team Care * Doctor Clinical Autonomy Duties of the Assistant include, but are not limited to the following: * Dental operatory set up & breakdown * Assist Provider with procedures and tasks as needed * Help other assistants stay on time as needed * Update general patient charting with documentation in a timely manner * Establish a rapport with all patients and validate treatment recommendations made by the doctor * Other duties as assigned
