This role involves performing straightforward upgrade tasks by following a detailed, step-by-step guide. The process primarily requires initiating the upgrade, monitoring progress, and performing basic post-installation checks. Essential Functions * Follow a provided step-by-step deployment guide to upgrade Windows 10 computers to Windows 11. * Initiate upgrade processes on multiple computers simultaneously. * Monitor upgrades for successful completion and troubleshoot basic issues using provided documentation. * Perform basic post-upgrade verification to ensure devices are operational. * Communicate status updates to the project lead as requested. * Handle equipment carefully and maintain professional conduct in office environments. Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred). * 1-2 years' experience with Apple iOS and MacOS. * Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely with minimal supervision. * Comfortable performing repetitive tasks across multiple devices. * Reliable, punctual, and organized with strong attention to detail. * Physically able to move between workstations within the deployment site. * Prior desktop support or IT deployment experience is a plus but not required. Pay Scale: $21.00 - $25.00 Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
