We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.   What You’ll Do * Set our customers up for success by supporting them with onboarding and launching brands on OFO’s. * Assist customers with reviewing and building menus for their online storefronts. Extract menu information and data points and synthesize on multiple food delivery platforms. * Train customers on online brand management, acting as key interface with customers via phone, Zoom and email support in a professional and efficient manner. * Deliver high quality product support, adhering to processes to minimize mistakes. * Assist with quality assurance for brand menus with a high level of detail and speed. * Communicate regularly with the onboarding team, local customer success managers and account executives to ensure positive customer experience during onboarding. * Provide an industry-leading customer experience through all stages of onboarding, achieving CSAT targets and partnering with sales and success teams to support implementation success.   What We’re Looking For * Bachelor’s degree preferred * 3–5 years as an Account Manager or an Onboarding Specialist * Ability to support customers on a daily basis  * Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills * Experience working in fast‑paced environments requiring adaptability and initiative * English B2   Why join us * Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
