About The Role The Director – CEO Office (Taiwan) will support the CEO Office in driving key strategic and operational initiatives for Taiwan. This role is responsible for ensuring execution across business setup, regulatory coordination, partnerships, and cross-functional alignment to support BJAK’s Taiwan growth priorities. This is a high-intensity, fast-paced execution role working directly with senior leadership. We are looking for a strong operator who can translate strategy into execution, coordinate across teams, and ensure critical workstreams move forward with speed, precision, and accountability. What You'll Do: Market Entry & Business Planning • Support the development and execution of the Taiwan market strategy. This includes contributing to the business plan covering regulatory setup, partnerships, distribution, and growth strategy. Regulatory & Licensing • Support the process of obtaining the necessary regulatory licences and approvals required to operate in the Taiwan insurance market. • Work closely with internal and external legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and industry standards. Insurer Partnerships & Distribution • Develop relationships with insurers, underwriting partners, and ecosystem players in the Taiwan market. • Support negotiations for commercial partnerships, product distribution agreements, and integration arrangements. • Help build a strong product lineup from insurer partners to ensure competitive offerings in the market. Business Development • Support platform development and go-to-market execution, working closely with product and engineering teams to develop features, integrations, and customer journeys. • Contribute to product iteration and improvements to strengthen product–market fit. Operations • Support the establishment of effective operating processes, cadence, and reporting structures to drive growth and performance. Leadership & Execution • Represent the group with insurers, partners, and industry stakeholders when required. • Support the development of a strong team culture focused on ownership and execution. What You Will Need • 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies. Experience working in a regulated insurance environment is a plus. • Highly analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, adaptive, high-intensity environments. • Demonstrated experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships. • Strong leadership capability with experience building and managing cross-functional teams. • Understanding of the Taiwan insurance market, regulatory environment, and distribution landscape is a plus.
