With over $30 billion in assets under advisement, 300+ teammates nationwide, and a dynamic, team-based approach, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for driven, curious individuals to join our #OneTeam.  The Director, Enterprise Systems leads Brighton Jones' technology operations, engineering oversight, and platform capability. You'll lead a team spanning engineering (through an Engineering Manager), system infrastructure, networking, cloud platform, enterprise systems (M365, identity, SSO), InfoSec, IT support, procurement, and AI infrastructure. You'll also own the relationships and performance of our managed service and managed security service partners.  This role is structured for an operator who can scale a technology function inside a growing, regulated firm.
