Warehouse & Facilities Leadership Responsibilities * Lead fulfillment, receiving, inventory, warehouse, and facilities operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution of our Brand Promise. * Develop leaders, establish accountability, and create a culture focused on engagement, performance, safety, and continuous improvement. * Oversee capacity planning, labor strategy, inventory accuracy, facilities maintenance, equipment reliability, and operational readiness. * Utilize data, technology, and operational metrics to improve productivity, service levels, quality, and profitability. * Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Finance, and Technology teams to align operational execution with business objectives. * Drive strategic projects, process improvements, and infrastructure enhancements that support future growth and scalability.
