About The Role EliseAI is scaling quickly, and the Enterprise Sales segment is at the heart of that growth. As the Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, you will own and be accountable for leading a Enterprise AE team — driving both new business and expansions across regional and national property management companies.   You’ll work hand-in-hand with AEs throughout the sales cycle, helping them identify, engage, and close opportunities, while also mentoring them. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.   Requirements * 3+ years B2B SaaS quota carrying sales experience in the enterprise segment or higher * 4+ years of B2B SaaS quota carrying sales management experience in the enterprise segment or higher * Experience managing an average deal size of at least $100,000 and up to $1m * Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas * Experience in managing complex enterprise consultative sales processes (multi-threading, procurement, etc.) * Comfortable with regular travel for conferences and client visits * Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days a week   Why Join Growth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, a comprehensive benefits & perks package, and bonus depending on the role. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
