This role blends estimating, client development, and project management in a fast-paced construction environment, with a strong focus on producing accurate estimates and winning profitable work. As the Project Manger you will manage projects from initial client engagement through estimating, pre-construction planning, and final handoff to operations. Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: * Develop scopes of work, site plans, and accurate cost estimates (primary focus) * Drive new business and maintain strong client relationships * Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope and conditions * Manage projects from estimating through execution and operational handoff * Lead client communication, meetings, and pre-construction planning * Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and accounting to ensure successful delivery * Support project scheduling, estimating, and execution as needed * Deliver strong customer service and support overall sales goals * Work in both office and active construction jobsite environments What We’re Looking For * AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. * 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, estimating, or project management. * Previous construction-related experience is preferred.
