There will be opportunities to manage people, lead projects, drive system sales, develop internal processes, and take on key business development activities.   Adaptability is key. Given our rapid growth, your focus might shift from Oracle systems implementation to planning and project controls when there’s a need. Own the implementation plan: Own the system implementation plan and drive software configuration and adoption to achieve desired outcomes. Major owners/operators and main contractors with project values between £1m and £1bn+ globally.    Where would I be working? One week you might be working from home. We don’t want to reinvent the wheel every time, so you’ll be responsible for documenting new solutions and evolving ones we’ve developed.
