ROLE OVERVIEW The ASC Chief Executive Officer (ASC CEO) is the senior-most leader for the ambulatory surgery center, with full accountability for operational excellence, financial performance, clinical quality, and physician partnership strength. Operating as the primary business leader for the center, the ASC CEO owns enterprise-level outcomes—including EBITDA growth, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and the development of a high-performing leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional facility administration. The ASC CEO is responsible for driving sustainable growth, scaling operations, and serving as a trusted partner to physicians, boards, and Compass Surgical Partners’ enterprise leadership. Individual pay is determined by work location and factors such as relevant skills, experience, and education or training.
