The Role This is not a coordinator role. This is a field leadership role responsible for: * Leading and developing crews * Driving production performance * Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable * Executing at a high level—daily You will be the leader of our field team. What You’ll Be Responsible For * Team Leadership & Development * Recruit, hire, and onboard painters and crew leaders * Train and develop team members into top performers * Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and pride * Conduct regular performance check-ins and coaching * Production Execution * Ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget * Maintain high-quality standards across all projects * Solve problems quickly in the field—without excuses * Support Project Managers and ensure seamless execution * Performance Management * Own labor efficiency and production KPIs * Identify underperformance and take decisive action * Drive continuous improvement across crews * Operational Excellence * Implement and enforce systems and processes * Collaborate with leadership to improve operations * Be the bridge between the field and leadership team Who You Are You’re not just experienced—you’re a builder of people and systems.
