The HTEC Field Service team offers hardware support to their customers 13 hours a day, 7 days a week. The equipment supported varies from payment terminals to EPOS and Head Office Solutions in the forecourt, retail, and office sectors. The service teams are split in to two divisions, Install and Maintenance, and currently offer onsite support between the hours of 7am and 8pm.     The Field Service Maintenance Engineers currently work 9-hour shifts, six days on and then 3 days off, with the shift blocks rotating between an early shift (7am-4pm), and a late shift (11am-8pm). Shift patterns may change as dictated by the needs of the business.  For this role you will need to be located in the Leeds area.
