You will support our finance team with research, reporting, and administrative tasks while building practical skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities The Finance Intern will support day-to-day finance and business operations tasks, including research, data organization, reporting, and general administrative work. Responsibilities may vary based on team needs, and may include assisting with financial tracking, preparing summaries or presentations, and contributing to ongoing projects across the organization.   Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: * Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail * Interest in finance, business, or economics * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing * Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently once oriented * Must be located in the US and authorized to work freely in the US without employment visa sponsorship. Nice to Have: * Prior internship, or finance-related project experience * Exposure to equity research, revenue modeling, or financial statements * Interest in business operations, or corporate finance Schedule * Days: Monday – Friday * Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Total: 40 hours per week Compensation $7.25 per hour *   * Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail * Effective multi-tasker with strong time management, capable of handling multiple responsibilities concurrently and prioritizing successfully * Friendly, professional demeanor with great customer service instincts * Ability to lift up to 20 lbs * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained * Location: Onsite – Redwood City, CA * Work schedule: Monday through Wednesday 8am-4pm or 830-430pm PDT (24 hours/week) * The successful candidate will be authorized to work freely in the United States.
