Provide a full spectrum of complex financial analyses including non-routine financial and economic risk analyses. Develop, maintain, and explain financial analysis results and models. When you join Aya, you’ll be surrounded by teammates who care about you as an individual and leaders who will help you grow both personally and professionally.  Responsibilities:  * Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): * Analyze financial data and trends to provide meaningful insights and recommendations. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement or risk. * Financial Modeling: * Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions. * Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential outcomes and risks. * Performance Reporting: * Prepare regular financial reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management review. * Communicate financial results and key findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. * Business Partnering: * Collaborate with various departments to identify risks and opportunities.  * Partner with senior management to develop strategies for revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management. * Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: * Assist in the development of accurate financial forecasts and budgets. * Monitor actual performance against budget and provide explanations for variances. * Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects: * Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by management. * Support strategic initiatives, M&A activities, and other special projects as needed. Required Qualifications:  * Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, along with four or more years of experience in financial analysis related role(s) is preferred. * Proficient knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles. * Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills * Advanced skills in MS Excel * Fluency with analyzing and interpreting financial statements * Proficiency with AI tools (including Claude and ChatGPT) to independently augment analysis workflows, accelerate research, and enhance the quality of financial deliverables. * Experience writing and running SQL queries is a plus * Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and organizational skills. * Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritize and multi-task. * Ability to work independently with the self-motivation to accomplish goals. * Ability to manage communication with multiple stakeholders. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to research issues and identify solutions to complex problems. The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position.
