That's why we are looking for you!   Your Role: As F&B Operations Manager, you will be on the floor, leading by example. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure flawless service, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across all outlets. Your presence, guidance, and operational expertise will set the standard for the team and the hotel. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Be a visible, hands-on leader, actively supporting the team during service. * Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated F&B team across restaurants, bars, and events. * Ensure smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction, and service excellence. * Collaborate closely with kitchen, front-of-house, and events teams to guarantee seamless coordination. * Drive sales, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximise revenue. * Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, and cost control. * Maintain and elevate standards that reflect the hotel’s brand, quality, and identity.
